Customers at Lymington Health and Leisure can now relax in the new Reflections sauna and steam area

It’s not only fitness enthusiasts who will be gaining a fresh new look in Lymington this autumn.

The popular swimming facilities at Lymington Health and Leisure centre have been given a makeover which is sure to inspire users.

Customers can now enjoy a modern changing village and relax in the new Reflection sauna and steam area. There is also improved viewing access to the poolside for people with disabilities.

Bob Millard, head of leisure at New Forest District Council , said “The improvements to Lymington health and leisure are sure to please our regular customers – and we hope it will encourage more people to come along and try the facilities.”

An official opening of the new-look swimming facilities will take place on Saturday 30 October, although the pools are due to re-open week commencing 27 September and the changing village and spas week commencing 11 October. There will be lots of different taster sessions and workshops for people of all ages.
